The company was formed in year 1949 by Mr. Vidhyasagar Hasija when he came from Pakistan to settle in India after partition. The organisation was the dealer of Hindustan Motors dealing in selling of Ambassador cars till 1995. After which the company took the dealership for Daewoo Motors, a forward thinking automobile company.
